Return and Refund Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION
We want shopping at ClassyByStyle to be straightforward and transparent. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may have the right to withdraw from your order as described below.
A. Right of Withdrawal
Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item from that order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You can do this by:
- Using the Withdraw option available on our website; or
- Emailing us at support@classybystyle.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Please include your name and order number so that we can process your request efficiently.
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period has expired.
Returning Your Order
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the applicable goods within 14 days.
Please contact us before sending your return. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address applicable to your order.
As our products may be fulfilled from different locations, the return address may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.
Please do not send a return to the address shown on the parcel or to our business/contact address unless our customer service team has specifically instructed you to do so.
Unauthorised returns sent to an incorrect address may result in delays in processing your refund.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where reasonably possible, please return products:
- Unworn and unused, other than reasonable inspection;
- With original tags and labels attached;
- With all accessories supplied with the product; and
- In the original packaging or other suitable protective packaging.
The absence of the original packaging does not, by itself, affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse the payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by applicable law.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we may withhold the refund until:
- We have received the returned goods; or
- You provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You will not be charged an additional fee by ClassyByStyle for receiving the refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@classybystyle.com as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the problem.
Please do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect item before receiving instructions from us.
Where the item is faulty or incorrect, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is permitted by applicable law, including, for example:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; and
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Any applicable exception will be assessed in accordance with relevant consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
